Lodge Rentals
Pinellas Lodge 43 offers for rental the newly renovated FOP Lodge at reduced prices for its members, competative rates for the public. Standard rates are $1,000 for a Friday or Saturday (12 hours). Noon to midnight.
All rentals after midnight are $100 per hour or part hour, including cleanup.
Sunday evening (noon until midnight) $750.
Weekday (M-T-W-R) day or evening use is $500.
FOP Members $300 plus $500 security. FOP Member Retirement FREE
Rental includes kitchen facilities, ice machine 600#, two warming (no cooking allowed inside) ovens, two refrigerators, (15) 60" Round tables, (21) eight foot rectangular tables and (200+) chairs. You are free to bring in your own food and beverages without restrictions or added costs to you.
$500 damage deposit required, refunded after event if no problems, damages, or extra cleanup required. This is strictly enforced.
